By accessing and using Blackoaks premium event transport services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our chauffeur services, whether for corporate events, weddings, airport transfers, or city-to-city transportation.
Blackoaks provides luxury chauffeur services in Toronto and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:
Premium wedding chauffeur services
Luxury corporate event transportation
Airport transfers and meet-and-greet services
Red carpet event chauffeur services
Hourly chauffeur services
City-to-city luxury transport
All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
All bookings must be made through our official website, phone, or email. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment or deposit as specified in our payment terms.
Customers are required to provide accurate information including pickup location, destination, date, time, and any special requirements. Blackoaks is not responsible for delays or missed services due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
For wedding and special event bookings, we recommend reserving at least 30 days in advance to ensure vehicle availability.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and corporate accounts for approved businesses.
For special events and weddings, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid 48 hours before the service date.
Additional charges may apply for:
Extended waiting time beyond the agreed grace period
Additional stops not included in the original booking
Cleaning fees for damage or excessive soiling of the vehicle
Tolls, parking fees, and other applicable charges
Cancellations must be made in writing via email or through our customer portal. The following cancellation terms apply:
More than 7 days before service: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
3-7 days before service: 50% refund
Less than 3 days before service: No refund
Wedding and special event deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances
Blackoaks reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances including severe weather, vehicle breakdown, or chauffeur unavailability. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or reschedule the service at no additional cost.
Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. A 50% deposit is required for bookings over $500. Final payment is due 14 days prior to the event. Late payments may incur a fee of 5% of the total amount due for each week past the due date.
Any changes to the service must be communicated at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Blackoaks is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during the service. Clients must ensure that all guests adhere to safety guidelines while utilizing our services.
Blackoaks reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
